Refund policy

At Paddle Hut, every item is made to order, so we’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as size, style, or change of mind.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email us at support@paddlehut.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or, if needed, a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the funds.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
