We currently only ship within the United States.
Order Processing
Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Orders typically take 3–6 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your order ships with tracking details.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary but will typically arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment
Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Shipping times may be delayed due to high demand, customs, or carrier issues outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, quantity, and destination. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our site.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed or tracking shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at support@paddlehut.com and we’ll help investigate. Please note that once items are with the carrier, delivery issues are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at support@paddlehut.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement. Please see our complete Returns Policy.
